Tombstone

Price: 3550 gold

Description:
A Tombstone from an ancient grave. The name of the one buried under it was erased by wind and rain a long time ago, but the tombstone still remains, said to be more than a thousand years old. The only thing distinguashabale on it are three mossy letters...R.I.P.


Requires:
Stout Shield (300 gold)
Ultimate Orb (2100 gold)
Planeswalkers Cloak (650 gold)
Tombstone Recipe Scroll


Grants:

+10 to al latributes
100% chance to block 25 damage
+20% magic resistance

Last will (passive)

False Burial (active)


Last will - Each time a unit dies in 500 range from you, you gain 1 charge. When you die, you lose all charges and deal damage in a 500 AoE equal to the number of charges X 5.


False Burial - You grab one hero, in meelee range (150) and bury him for 5 seconds, puting a tombstone above his grave. The buried hero is invunrable, and is removed from the map (like with Astral Imprisonment) while the spell lasts. Each second, a pulse from the tomb (similar to the one of shivas guard) deals damage in a 600 AoE equal to 5% of the buried heroes max HP. Once the hero is unburied, you gain HP equal to 10% of the buried heroes max hp, while he loses the same ammount. If any enemy hero steps on the grave during the duration, he will be buried aswell, and the effects of the spell will be amplified acordingly.

I want your oppinion on how the active skill should be named - Shallow Grave, Foolish Burial, False burial, or something else. Cause I realy can't decide

Hum.

Stats are okay, nothing special but balanced and thematic.

Last will is a little weak, but I can see its not the main focus of this item (Since you're not trying to die.)

False Burial (Though that was the best fitting name) is very creative though. Very powerful in team clashes for taking out the tank or escaping accordingly. I'd love to see this with a Kelen's.

A very viable option for Dark Seer, as Surge, False Burial, and Vacuum would be a scary combo.

I can't see it being the most popular item in metagame (Guinsoo's for example is very common) but more like Necronomicon (Not used much, but powerful when used right.)

ahaha........creative false burial thing.....

what is the damage type of Last Will???? I think It will be acceptable if the damage type is Pure....

how about if you killed an enemy hero??? does the Tombstone gains the same charge???

well well tombstone's gotta be in a graveyard eh? 5% is a bit too much considering that you bury a tank. say you bury a centaur warchief with say 3000hp. 5% is around 150 damage, and each second gives a total of 750 damage. that's quite alot and if some idiot steps on the grave. it gets worse. so maybe nerfed it a bit.

stout shield now costs 50 less gold :p

Nah, the passive does not work if you are leoric, or if you have aegis. It works only if you realy die. If you suicide or you are denied by a teammate, it doesn't activate, and you keep its charges.

And the damage type....its magic - since it can potentialy deal a lot of damage...especialy lategame, with big pushes and many creeps dying. The passive is mostly for the heroes that went through most of the game withouth dying...so they can deal some nice damage when they do die. Also I made the passive to avoid tehe situations where the enemy kills you because he got a lucky crit or something and survives with 50 hp XD
